Preparing ANN 203 For Meet USC
What is Meet USC Annenberg?
Meet USC Annenberg is our school’s information session for prospective undergraduates and their families. The sessions are led by an admission officer or lead student intern and offered most Mondays and Fridays. For summer 2025, a virtual session will be offered on Mondays at 3 pm; an in-person session will be offered on Fridays at 11 am in ASC 140 conference room.

For in-person sessions, interns will be tasked with preparing the room at 10:30am.

For summer 2025, the publications are in the cabinets above the intern desk. When the sessions are conducted in ANN 203, the publications will already be in the cabinets under the flat screen. If the supply is low, pull more from the ASC 321 storage room.

Login to the computer in ANN203 with your USC credentials. Plug in flash drive into port and wait for the pop-up. Open and double click to find most recent presentation.
